Brighton is recovering well from his surgery on May 31, 2012. It's day four post-surgery, and he is already walking quite well on it. He starts physical therapy on Friday. The vet said that he believes there is a 75% chance that this surgery will have completely cured his underlying problem as well. Wouldn't that be amazing!? We hope he will just continue to impress us!

| Little Coda has been very concerned about Brighton ever since the surgery. He doesn't like eating meals by himself in the kitchen, and always goes to check on Brighton every now and then. He curls up right next to Brighton when he's on the bed, though Brighton's new favorite spot is now on the linoleum tiles. : ) |
